I only use birds that die of natural causes in my work. This bird was found as a result of bad weather in the Shetlands. Please note that just like humans, birds sometimes have flaws.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Thereafter, once the order has been fulfilled, the customer has 14 days to notify me of a return for a refund. After this point the work is no longer refundable. Please email elletaxidermy@gmail.com to begin your return process.
The cost of returning the goods lies with the client. The work is very fragile, so must be packaged as received, sent back by courier and insured. Proof of insurance and tracking must be sent to me before work is dispatched.
A full refund or a credit note can be issued depending on your preference.
